    Customer Refund Policy

    In case accident or damage occurs, customers get a replacement the next day or get refunded the total amount paid within 7-business days.

    Shipping

    All orders for in-stock merchandise in before 2pm CST will be shipped the same day if possible. We reserve the right to change shippers if we feel the service chosen would be better for the customer.

    Return Policy

    Authorization is required to return a product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

    Can I Track My Delivery?

    Yes, once your order has been validated, a tracking number will be sent to you so you can monitor the status of your item while in Transit. Also, regular SMS/E-mail  updates will be sent.
